Intelligent Connectivity for buildings and sites in Saudi Arabia

Keeping people, assets and places connected — inside the building, across the site, and out where there is no grid.

Cutaway of a building with indoor signal coverage, people and vehicles tracked on every floor, and smart poles on the street outside

Three complaints, heard in different buildings, with the same shape. The call drops in the lift, and the card machine in the back office keeps failing. Nobody can find the infusion pump, and the contractor in the yard has not answered his radio for forty minutes. Something happened on a site with no grid and no network, and the control room found out the next morning. Each one is the same problem: something in a place needs to reach someone who can act on it, and it cannot.

Signal boosters, RTLS and smart poles are the names most people search for; this division covers all three.

Our position

The manufacturers behind this division

CENTRA is an authorised distributor for Nextivity, ANDREW and SOLARTODO, and the exclusive agent for Blueiot in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Nextivity Cel-Fi

Nextivity Cel-Fi

Authorised distributor

United States

Smart signal boosters, where indoor coverage has to be solved quickly and without a designed distributed system.

ANDREW

ANDREW

Authorised distributor

United States

Off-air RF repeaters (MR and the dual-band CMR) and the Node AM/A+ software-based repeater platform, from a single building to a multi-operator estate.

Blueiot

Blueiot

Exclusive agent

China

Bluetooth angle-of-arrival indoor positioning — ceiling anchors, badge and wristband tags.

Tsingoal

Tsingoal

China

Indoor and outdoor fusion positioning for industrial sites, switching between the two without the operator doing anything. Supplied through the same manufacturer group as Blueiot.

SOLARTODO

SOLARTODO

Authorised distributor

China

Off-grid solar and wind smart poles — lighting, sensing, public interfaces and drone docks on one mast.

We supply, specify and support these lines in the Kingdom. Authorisation letters are issued per project or per vendor registration on request.

The question that decides the project

Data, privacy and where things are hosted

Cameras, people counting, analytics, employee location and environmental sensing in a workplace or public setting are personal data processing under Saudi Arabia's data protection regime. Any serious buyer in this division — a municipality, a hospital, a developer, a government authority — asks three questions before they ask about accuracy: where the data is hosted, who can see it, and whether it stays in the Kingdom.

  • In-Kingdom hosting, where the client requires it, with the residency boundary written into the design rather than assumed
  • Role-based access, with historical location held behind a separate permission from live view
  • Defined retention, and an audit log of who looked at what
  • A stated purpose, agreed and written down before installation — a tracking system introduced as a safety system is accepted; the same hardware installed quietly is resented

On accuracy figures

Manufacturer positioning accuracy of 10 cm is measured in open, interference-free conditions. We publish it as 10 cm under ideal conditions; sub-metre in real deployments, because the first pilot tests it in a building full of steel and reflections, and a number that cannot be defended costs more than it wins.
