For system integrators
Partner with Centra
You keep the client. We supply the system and stand behind it.
An integrator sits with a client discussing automation, controls, security and networks, and the conversation turns to ventilation, waste chutes, charging or tracking. The client asks what you would recommend. At that point you need two things: a range you can speak about with confidence, and a supplier who will not be in the room without you.
What we give a partner
- Specification support, from the drawings. Send us the project and you get unit selection, layouts, sizing, and a submittal package in your name. The design work that makes a central system defensible in front of a consultant is ours, and it arrives before you have to commit to anything.
- Technical backup on the call. When a consultant asks a question you have not met before, you get an engineer, not a brochure. We will join a client meeting when you want us there, and stay out of it when you do not.
- Training on the systems you carry. Not a product overview — the arguments that win a specification. Why an enthalpic exchanger rather than a sensible one in this climate. Why a car park sprinkler does not reach a battery pack. Why anchor count comes from a survey rather than a floor area.
- A pricing structure you can plan against, so you can quote without waiting, and know your position before you price the job.
- Lead handling. Enquiries that arrive through us in a territory or a sector you cover are passed to you. We will tell you when a lead is being worked by someone else rather than letting two partners meet at the same table.
- Spares and service in the Kingdom, so a fault after handover does not become your problem with your client.
The commitment
What we will not do
This is the part that matters, so it is written plainly rather than implied.
We will not approach your client directly. Not during the project, not after the handover, not for a different division.
We will not quote around you on a project you brought us.
We will not appear at the handover as a separate supplier. If the client is yours, the relationship is yours.
If we ever do any of those things, you should stop working with us, and you should say so publicly.
What we ask
- Tell us the project early. A system specified at design stage is a project. The same system raised after the walls are closed is usually a refusal, and neither of us wins.
- Register the opportunity, so lead handling works and two partners do not arrive at the same client.
- Keep the claims straight. Every page on this site is written so that the figures are defensible and the conditions travel with them. A sales conversation that strengthens a claim beyond what the page says creates a problem in the first pilot — and it lands on you before it lands on us.
Where we fit
| Partner type | Where we fit |
|---|---|
| Home and building automation integrators | Air Technologies, EV Infrastructure, Intelligent Connectivity |
| ELV, ICT and security integrators | Indoor coverage, tracking, smart poles, charger load management |
| MEP contractors | Air Technologies, Waste Handling Systems |
| Facilities management companies | Service Robots, ventilation service, chute maintenance |
| Fit-out and interior contractors | Central vacuum, laundry vacuum systems, hidden diffusers |
How to start
Send us one live project, however small, and let us do the specification work for it. That is a better test of a supplier than any partnership document, and it costs you one email.
