Division 03
Commercial cleaning robots for buildings in Saudi Arabia
Machines that clean the same floor, the same way, every night.
Cleaning is bought by the shift and delivered by whoever turned up. The floor by the main entrance gets done every time; the corridor behind the service lift gets done when there is time. A cleaning robot runs the same route, at the same hour, to the same standard, and reports what it covered. The value is not that it replaces a cleaner. It is that the result stops varying.
People search for these as cleaning robots, robot cleaners or robotic floor scrubbers. These are the commercial versions, built for large floors rather than homes.
Our position
ECOVACS in Saudi Arabia, through CENTRA
China
CENTRA is the sole and exclusive agent for ECOVACS commercial robots in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — its cleaning robots, vacuuming robots and scrubbing robots. We supply and deploy them, assess the floor, map the building, set the routes and schedules, train the cleaning team, and hold the service and spares in the Kingdom.
ECOVACS Commercial Robotics is the commercial arm of ECOVACS, which by its own account has 28 years in the industry, was China’s first publicly listed service robotics company, sells in more than 170 countries, and holds over 2,250 patents with an R&D team of more than 1,600. It led the drafting of China’s first national standard for commercial cleaning robots, and makes its own LiDAR, motors and batteries in ISO 9001 certified production.

The range
Three machines, chosen by the floor
Two scrubbers for hard floors and one vacuum robot for carpet. The choice is made by the surface, the size of the space and how much it changes from day to day.

Theoretical figures published by ECOVACS. What a machine achieves on a given floor depends on obstacles, doors and traffic, which is why we trial on site before anything is ordered.
Stations and building integration
What sits around the robot
A cleaning robot is only unattended if it can charge, refill, empty and move between floors without a person. These are the parts that make that true.

| Charging station | Water refill & drain station | |
|---|---|---|
| Supplied | Standard, all DEEBOT PRO models | Optional, M1 and M1 3D |
| Dimensions | 575 (H) × 305 (W) × 330 (D) mm | 670.4 (H) × 297 (W) × 256 (D) mm |
| Weight | 10 kg | 8.31 kg net |
| Power | Input 100–240 V, output 28.8 V / 40 A, 1.8 m cord | — |
| Mounting | Rear screw or adhesive, adjustable foot pads | Wall-mounted or floor-standing |
The water station needs a water supply and a drain at its position on the route. That is a site item, settled at the assessment together with the power point.
Honest limits
Where they work, and where they do not
A facilities manager will find this out in week one, so it is better said here.
| Suits | Does not suit |
|---|---|
| Large continuous floor areas — malls, airports, hospital corridors, open offices | Congested areas full of furniture that moves daily |
| Routes that repeat nightly | Spaces that are rearranged constantly |
| Floors with consistent surface types | Heavy soiling needing manual pre-treatment |
| Buildings where the robot rides the lift between floors with the elevator IoT option, or a machine per floor | Stairs, which no floor robot climbs |
The right answer for most buildings is a robot on the open floor and staff on everything else, which is why the deployment conversation matters more than the specification.
Ask for a trial on your own floor
A site assessment, a mapped route, and a real coverage figure for your building rather than a test-condition number.
