1. What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company and role, email, mobile number, the building and project stage, the systems you are interested in and your message. We also keep the emails we exchange with you. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

2. How the form reaches us

The enquiry form is delivered to info@centra-sa.com through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. Our website is hosted by Vercel, and the typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; like any web server, these services see your IP address when your browser requests a page.

3. How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a specification or offer you asked for, and keep a record of the project correspondence. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as the project or the business relationship needs them, and then deleted.

5. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@centra-sa.com and we will reply.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
