One company for the systems built into a building
Centra supplies, specifies and supports central building systems in Saudi Arabia, from the first drawing to the last spare part.
Centra (سنترا) is Centra Systems Company, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its office in Riyadh. We supply the systems a building needs built into it rather than carried around it: the air it breathes, the way its waste leaves, the floors it keeps clean, the energy its vehicles draw, and the signal that reaches every part of it.
Our slogan is Essence of Luxury. Behind it is one line we use with every client: our solutions enhance the quality of life and elevate the level of well-being.

How we work
From drawings to spare parts, in four stages
Engineer first
Send drawings, room requirements and any constraints. We come back with unit selection, layouts and sizing.
Source & certify
Factory orders, customs, compliance and local authority approvals, handled in-house.
Install on site
Delivery, installation supervision, commissioning and balancing, with the results recorded.
Service for the long haul
A published service schedule and spares held in the Kingdom, for every system we supply.
Who we work with
System integrators first
System integrators are our primary channel: they keep the client, we supply the system and stand behind it. We also work directly with developers and owners, consultants and contractors, designers and architects, facility managers, and authorities and public-realm operators.
What we will not do
Three rules we keep
- We do not claim an approval we do not hold. Fire ratings and authority acceptance are stated only when the certificate or the approval is in our hands.
- We do not publish a project reference until the client and the manufacturer have confirmed it in writing.
- We do not put a price on a web page. Every system is sized to a building, so every quotation is too. The specification is free.
